We are currently looking for abright, ambitiousAccount Coordinator who is eager to learn. This individual willwork with some of the largest brands in the insurance and/or travel industries as a member of our Demand Partnerships client success team.This personwill beresponsible forday-to-day campaign managementand optimization tasks performedthrough our proprietary demand side platform on behalf of key advertisers. The ideal candidate cares deeply about the quality of his or herwork, is highly data-driven, and possesses a strongclient-service orientation.
Setup and provide day-to-day management forour Open Exchange advertising campaigns, including the collection of all required campaign assets;managing all campaign targeting, scheduling, and tracking settings; establishing overall campaign structure;and ensuring accurateperformance tracking.
Monitor overall campaign performance and perform regular, detailed campaign audits and reviews.
Understand partner objectives and ROI targetsand perform allrequiredanalysis, using statistically significant data,to recommend campaign optimizations to internal team members and directly to partners.
Assist in the prioritization of account management activities and initiatives through a thorough understanding of the partner’s needs and the company’s account management priorities and best practices.
Assist in the creation of performance reviewpresentations to partners, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for all major advertisers.
Provide account management support for all new product initiatives and recommend new platform features based on advertiser feedback and internal requirements.
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with all team members.
Resolve client issues efficiently and proactively.
Obsessive attention to detail.
Data-driven mindset and accompanying skill-set. College-level math coursework preferred. Outstanding Excel and data presentation skills required.
Strong client-service orientation. Experience in major account or client management in online advertising preferred.
Ability to articulate and communicate clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully, particularly with written communications.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic start-up environment.
