Manager, Platform Solutions (Client Success) Los Angeles, CA
We are looking for an addition to our Platform Solutions group who will bring a strategic, platform-centric view to advertiser account management. The ideal candidate will work thoughtfully and strategically with our key demand partners to enable them to leverage the full capabilities of MediaAlpha’s programmatic bidding platform to optimize their vertical search campaigns and achieve their overall marketing objectives for this growing channel.
Develop an expertise of the MediaAlpha for Advertisers platform and a deep understanding of the demand partner needs and objectives to recommend and execute first and third party data integrations, platform implementations, and advance campaign optimization tactics.
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate rollout of new platform features, promote self-service platform adoption, identify new product opportunities, and lead other platform-related initiatives.
Identify, negotiate with and onboard new value-added platform partnerships (e.g., third-party data partners).
Build, nurture and expand demand partnerships across multiple touch points.
4+ years of client or account management experience in or with marketing platforms, SaaS platforms, and/or online advertising.
