We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly motivated Account Manager who will support the European Demand Partnerships team in optimizing and growing our key advertiser relationships within the travel vertical. This position will focus on data analysis, day-to-day partner support, and requires a strong client-service orientation. The ideal candidate has an established background working with digital media publishers, an analytical mindset and the ability to work closely with multiple internal business teams. Candidates must be self-starters and able to thrive in an agile, fast-paced and data-driven environment.
Provide day-to-day account management for our existing European advertiser partners.
Understand partner objectives and ROI targets and perform all required analysis, using statistically significant data, to recommend campaign optimizations to internal team members and directly to partners.
Assist in the prioritization of account management activities and initiatives through a thorough understanding of the partner’s needs and the company’s account management priorities and best practices.
Assist in the creation of performance review presentations to partners, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Provide account management support for all new product initiatives and recommend new platform features based on advertiser feedback and internal requirements.
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with all team members.
Resolve partner issues efficiently and proactively.
Strong client-service orientation.
Experience in dealing with large accounts or client management in online advertising.
Knowledge of the travel vertical and the travel ecosystem required.
