We are looking for a passionate Director of Human Resources who will oversee the entire human resources function, including team member onboarding and support, professional development, performance management, benefits administration, and policy development and implementation.
Understand open position requirements and work with the hiring team to evaluate hiring needs.
Build a pipeline of qualified, high caliber candidates for varied roles in technology, business development, and account management.
Source, screen and evaluate candidates.
Oversee all new team member onboarding.
Develop and sustain team member engagement.
Facilitate team member reviews and professional development in consultation with team leads.
Maintain the company’s compensation structure.
Collaborate with team leads of other business units to define new policies, and develop and implement communication plans.
Develop HR and administrative policies and programs to support the business.
Collaborate with our general counsel to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Oversee benefits administration and compliance in conjunction with Finance team.
8 to 10 years of experience running and executing HR programs across benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, and compensation structuring.
Ability to articulate and communicate clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully, particularly in written communications.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic start-up environment.
Demonstrated experience acting as a project manager from start to finish on HR related programs and projects.
Experience working with one or more HRIS systems.
Eager to learn, driven to improve, possessing intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to make and learn from mistakes.
Collaborative and selfless disposition.
Willingness to be very hands-on.
SHRM or HRCI certification strongly preferred.
S. or B.A. degree is required. M.B.A. or M.A. in HR-related field is preferred.
