We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly motivated Senior Account Manager who will support the European Demand Partnerships team in optimizing and growing our key advertiser relationships within the travel vertical. This position will focus on overseeing data analysis and day-to-day partner support, and requires a strong client-service orientation. The ideal candidate has a strong, established background working with digital media advertisers, publishers and various technologies. In addition, the ideal candidate has an analytical mindset and the ability to work closely with multiple internal business teams across various time zones. Candidates must be self-starters and able to thrive in an agile, fast-paced and data-driven environment.
Independently manage European accounts through an understanding of various platform solutions and identify key upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on each client’s explicit and implicit needs.
Assist and prioritize account management activities and initiatives through a thorough understanding of the partner’s needs and the company’s account management priorities and best practices.
Proactively identify problem areas or opportunities through open-ended account review and open-ended data analysis. Compile, analyze and interpret performance data to optimize advertiser campaigns. Resolve partner issues efficiently and proactively.
Understand partner objectives and ROI targets and perform all required analysis, using statistically significant data, to recommend campaign optimizations to internal team members and directly to partners.
Provide support for all new product initiatives and recommend new platform features based on advertiser feedback and internal requirements.
Build significant client relationships.
Develop performance review presentations, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and confidently present prepared materials to a larger client group, including VP-level participants.
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with team members based in different time zones across the U.S.
7+ years of work experience in dealing with large accounts or client management in online advertising.
Demonstrated experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
Knowledge of the travel vertical and the travel ecosystem preferred.
Strong client-service orientation within performance marketing.
Capacity to think critically and creatively to synthesize large data sets.
Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookups, data manipulation).
Ability to utilize industry knowledge and insights gained across multiple clients to inform account management strategy and priorities and recommendations to clients.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic start-up environment.
Strong knowledge of relevant industry KPIs.
