We are looking for a bright, hard-working Account Coordinator who is eager to learn and roll up their sleeves. This individual will provide strategic account management to our key Demand Partners in the Travel vertical, while also supporting our Client Success team. This position is responsible for optimizing and growing essential partner relationships, with a focus on day-to-day client support. The ideal candidate cares deeply about the quality of their work and continually strives to attain the highest level in everything they do. Candidates must be self-starters and able to thrive in an agile, fast-paced and data-driven environment.
Setup and manage campaigns, assist with asset collection, campaign assembly, and tracking.
Understand partner objectives and perform data analysis to optimize partner performance.
Monitor partner performance and provide detailed reviews of campaign settings for accuracy.
Deliver optimization recommendations to account management and partners.
Think strategically to understand needs and solve problems for our partners systematically.
Serve as the primary support for the account management team as they deal with external customers and partners.
Assist with client decks and presentations.
Support the account management team on new product initiatives.
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with all team members.
Resolve client issues efficiently and proactively.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced, start-up environment.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Ability to articulate and communicate clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully with written communications across various teams and time zones.

Experience in Travel account/client management and the Online Advertising industry preferred
