Walk the reader through why the client chose your platform, what their expectations were and, most importantly, what the results were. Having a one-sided piece that only speaks to what you do and not discussing the client can be viewed as too self-serving. A reputable client validating your claims is a great resource to leverage, especially when being compared to a competitor.”
